En el programa nos muestra como preparar una corvina a la brasa que tuvo el placer de degustar el\u00a0periodista, locutor, actor, escritor y presentador Don Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda \u00cd\u00f1igo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para todo aquel que no lo haya visto os lo mostramos a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"El cantalpin\u00e9s Pablo Garc\u00eda en el programa Aqu\u00ed la Tierra\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pnB6CInfs4o?feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero nosotros no nos quedamos solo en esto, queremos llegar m\u00e1s all\u00e1. Pablo Garc\u00eda comienza su trayectoria en Platja d\u00b4 Aro en Girona en 2006, aunque forja su trayectoria en diferentes hoteles de Salamanca y Zamora, como el Hotel Palacio de San Esteban, o el Hotel Valbusenda Resort &amp; Spa. En 2012 entra a formar parte del equipo del Restaurante Mart\u00edn Berasategui, reconocido con tres estrellas Michel\u00edn, donde entrar\u00e1 en contacto con la alta gastronom\u00eda y las t\u00e9cnicas culinarias m\u00e1s novedosas. Poco despu\u00e9s se convierte en Jefe de cocina del Restaurante Annua, galardonado con una estrella Michel\u00edn, que en la actualidad cuenta con dos estrellas y de su Bistr\u00f3 Nacar.
